"Terrible care for customers, no communication, always late. The lady doing my ultrasound decided she wanted to do an extra ultrasound without consulting me, and I was left to pay the bill. I guess as long as they are the ones charging exorbitant fees, it’s all good for them."

"I know I had an appointment at 10:30 because I put everything down on paper and I always repeat the time to the lady over the phone, Came in 15 minutes from this time and 5 people who checked in after me all got called up before me and I asked the lady out the front why they got called up she rudely said because there appointment time is before yours, your at 10:40 and at 10:45 another person checked in and she got called up straight away. I left, they done this to me before 2 times, made me wait for no reason and just to ask the doctor something made me wait 10 minutes. Ring to discuss nothing.... My review is true."
