"I have been coming here for laser hair removal for over a year now and have always been happy with the results. However since Lauren and Emma left it has definitely went down hill... I have always been told to shave before appointments and now they refuse to treat you unless you come in with fully grown out facial hair. This doesn't make any sense as nobody would feel comfortable going out in public/work with visible facial hair. I tried to contact them to resolve the issue and they didn't care at all, the lack of training and customer service is terrible and I don't recommend coming here."

"Beyond upset ! Just had my Botox done a week ago came in for follow up as was not happy with it ! Whilst waiting I needed desperately to use the rest room and I was told no ! I had to walk to cinema ! You must be joking ? This is how you treat your guests ? I was in shock went to cinema ! They were not impressed I was told to use their toilets by clear skin and not their own ! And please don’t pull its Covid on us now excuse ! I got up and walked out ! I’m beyond as I needed more injectable between my brow !! Not even an apology phone call from management after I voiced my horror ! I am a prominent jetty road hairdresser and I’ll be directly all my clients else where ! Not letting a customer who is needing to change a tampon use the rest room is beyond !!!!"

"I was a client at this salon for around 2 years. During my first visit the staff gave incredible service and were very thorough during my skincare and laser hair removal services. After purchasing bulk return services the level of service dropped dramatically, eventually I stopped going to this salon completely. The microdermabrasions were rushed, I had a different staff member every month for laser and they all told me different reasons why their laser hair removal wasn’t producing expected results, staff became rude, appointments weren’t running on time and I was always waiting for extended periods. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this clinic or their services."
