"Bad service. Needed files sent over so I can have surgery done and they keep pushing it out, and delaying this for me. Every other surgery does it immediately or within a day and this place keeps lieing to me and it's now delayed my surgery for weeks. Phoned up countless times tell them I need to have them sent over and so did the GP needing them which failed them as Priory and urgent. Do not recommend this surgery at all. Plus their prices are such a rip off! Even for concessioners"

"The Health Hub Family GP located at Glenelg is a one-stop shop when it comes to all your health needs. It is a practice that has looked after me since I began seeing a doctor here, commencing about 2 years ago. Given that my ailments are not of the usual variety, my treating doctor has handled them with aplomb and he is an exceptionally respectful doctor. I know this factually because he is my doctor. I seriously, would recommend this practice to anyone. I've never found a GP practice to be perfect, but The Health Hub at Glenelg is about as close as it gets to a bull's eye in my opinion. Thank you for the quality of care that has been extended during which has been just such a confusing and difficult time for me. It's been hellish. The answers however to a lot of my conundrums have been revealing themselves to me lately, and there is a tangible connection to this fact and to my treating Doctor and the (consistent) high quality of care and respect that I've received from this practice. @'%,`~--"

"Attended the practice with my daughter tonight and am very glad they offer a later than normal service. We were most fortunate to have an appointment immediately and then experienced only a short waiting time. Dr Lane had an instant rapport with my daughter, with his kindness, manner and treatment. She was most obliging to do whatever he needed without hesitation. I was very impressed and felt I had her in the best hands!! Receptionist most helpful and friendly also.
