"I'm not in the habit of posting reviews, but having read some less-than-stellar online reviews for RSEA, I feel compelled to provide some positive feedback. I purchased a pair of Steel Blue womens safety boots from RSEA Midland just last week (Sunday 4th June around 2:30pm to be exact) and could not fault the customer service I received in store on that day. The store was reasonably busy and both the retail assistants were very helpful and attentive, without hovering unnecessarily. Honestly, I couldn't have expected any better service than I got that afternoon from RSEA Midland. They were patient and fetched shoes endlessly for 30mins as I tried on about 6 pair of boots in different brands/sizes, and knew when to back off and leave me to my own devices. There was some fun banter going on too, which helps to make a shopping experience more enjoyable. Oh, and loving the boots! Thumbs up RSEA Midland. Excellent range & service. Definitely a return customer here."

"Poor customer service. Went in for a couple of Carhartt hoodies for work on the 16th of May, when I approached the counter the guy working merely grunted at me and gestured for me to put the item on the counter. I asked if they had any other colours in my size and he just straight out said no without looking further.i asked if he would be getting more stock and he said "how should I know". A female approached and she tried looking into itfit me and recommended the online store but it wasn't enough to make up for the man's poor service. People like him shouldn't be in customer service , especially not in this climate when there would be dozens of people willing to fill his role and make an actual effort."
