"Personalised Service. 5 stars isn't enough for Gommes Shoes in General (not just the Midland Store). I was after a particular shoe & size. I rang head office on Thursday afternoon to see if Midland had any in stock, which they did not - lucky I rang beforehand. They said the only pair in stock was at the Bunbury store, but for me that is too far just for a shoe. They sent it up in a delivery the following morning (Friday) to the Midland store for me to get from there. I had the shoe 24 hours from when I rang. From Bunbury to Midland, that is service! You can't beat that."
