"Went in to Midland Rebel Sport to buy some new Asics, two staff members were standing taking to each other, totally ignored me...a lady with 3 kids turned up & BAM straight over to serve her, obviously kids shoe sales were the order of the day. My son went in 5 days later to buy shoes and the same thing, totally ignored...We both ended up buying elsewhere. Terrible customer service, or should I say lack of..."

"We went to the rebel in midland to buy 1 sport and 1 school shoe. The approach from the staff was not nice. ourself measured the shoe size, without getting help from them. We selected shoes from the rack and asked to give us a pair, and we felt they didn't really want to help us. So we approached the front desk and request help to get 2 pair to buy, they contacted someone through the mic. Even though nobody attended. We wait another few more minutes before we left without getting the shoes. wasted over 1 hour, including driving to Midland. we were regular customers and we will never go back to the Midland Rebel shop."
"As we entered the rebel shop in midland Jamie approached us and asked if he could provide any assistance, when we said yes he had offered great service and great knowledge about the shoes and kept trying to do his best to find an amazing shoe for my son as he was reliable for getting sizes for the shoes and kept our budget in mind as he had went above and beyond and it was very appreciated, thank you for being patient, extremely helpful and for being so nice Jamie."
