"Treated like I was an inconvenience by the staff for not knowing the click and collect procedure. Lady at the cashier told me I needed to open the link sent to me to say I was on the way. Apologised as I was unaware of this. She then radioed someone in the back to get the order for me. Went round to pick it up and waited a while after pressing the buzzer. No answer. Pressed again after some time and the same lady at the cashier brought my order out. Maybe there was a miscommunication between staff? Either way, the staff member was not happy when I did not have the pin on hand and had to go through my slow phone browser to find it. I get that it can be frustrating if a customer doesn't know what needs to be done during pickup but they still don't deserve to be treated that way (shaking their head at me etc). Maybe the staff were having a bad day. Anyway just an overall unpleasant experience when it should have been a good memory picking up my first child's car seat."

Two additional staff where also checking on us to see if needed help which was very attentive too! We'll be back to purchase more from Erika :)"

"I’ve experienced poor customer service here before but today was extremely disappointing. Staff need to be trained on how to handle simple customer service and pricing promotion. A transaction that should have taken 5 minutes turned into 45 minutes. Long story short, they were unable to price match an online promotion they had going on in-store. Met with a few firm ‘no’ from counter staff and advise that the promotion was ‘online only’ but they’ll be happy to price match other stores. Highly recommend to avoid this store and drive the extra mile to Osborne Park. Unfriendly, poor communication & unnecessary delays."
