Ivana knew of my time crunch in collecting my click and collect order. She was beyond helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Ivana, THANK YOU! The girls looked great in their Penny boots too. 100% Ivana is amazing!"

"Great shop but the sales assistant we dealt with had no customer service what so ever. We had three boxes, was offered no bag and she couldnt wait for us to leave so she could get back on the phone with her mate."

"I was surprised at the shoes for women size 11, depending on the style they can be pretty narrow, However boots have a great fit, any strappy style they're usually too narrow for my feet. I did find one pair that weren't too narrow, but I literally had to try on every other style (photo attached). Glad there are some large options and they're cheap."

"Purchased shoes for my partner online for click and collect. States maximum pick is two days. Over a week later they have not arrived instore and the instore staff have no idea what's going on. Contacted online support and they gave me tracking assuring me the items would arrive within one day. After checking the tracking the shoes went to the store, could not be delivered for whatever reason and were sent back to Perth airport. They are now stuck in a delivery loop to the store back to the airport. Couldn't even get anyone to give me a straight answer on a refund. Shop literally anywhere that is not this place as they have no idea what they are doing."
