“Absolutely love the new Coles store at Midland. It’s large and well laid out. Lighting is great. Variety of food available is always good and the staff are always helpful. Their Bakery is always well stocked and great quality! They make the best Hot Cross Buns here by far!”

“I'm not in the habit of posting reviews, but having read some less-than-stellar online reviews for RSEA, I feel compelled to provide some positive feedback. I purchased a pair of Steel Blue womens safety boots from RSEA Midland just last week (Sunday 4th June around 2:30pm to be exact) and could not fault the customer service I received in store on that day. The store was reasonably busy and both the retail assistants were very helpful and attentive, without hovering unnecessarily. Honestly, I couldn't have expected any better service than I got that afternoon from RSEA Midland. They were patient and fetched shoes endlessly for 30mins as I tried on about 6 pair of boots in different brands/sizes, and knew when to back off and leave me to my own devices. There was some fun banter going on too, which helps to make a shopping experience more enjoyable. Oh, and loving the boots! Thumbs up RSEA Midland. Excellent range & service. Definitely a return customer here.”

“I give City Beach a 5 star. My 2nd visit. My 1st visit was very discreet quite a few months ago. I just wanted to check their merchandise out. I wasn't looking for anything in particular. I was quite happy just browsing. No customer service approached me... thats good! Fast fwd Quite a few months later. I decided to go back there yesterday. I was looking for something special for my sons 41st birthday coming up in Feb...XXL ...and size 13 shoe...which I was a bit worried whether this store was going to cater for!! Well it didnt take me long to find the perfect outfit...I managed to find a pure linen oatmeal dressy shirt with a belted camo dressy shorts with side pockets and a matching cap for $150..only the shorts were sale price but tho. .. The young lady at tbe counter was very helpful and had a very calming nature. The young lassies on the floor were very helpful in directing me where I would more likely find XXL and I was more than impressed with one young lass who explained about the brands that I was not familiar with and she explained the comparison to more notable brands I was familiar with. All staff were smiley and exceeded my expectations thats why I'm going back to shop for my teenage grandchildrens birthdays in March and May Btw these gifts are being shipped off to NZ.X”

“Amazing... looked around online for a while and found a seat I was after but the only place I could get it was here and so happy they had it in stock, still a bit apprehensive if it was what I wanted but the lovely lady working there ran me through it with my bub and hubby and sold me on it straight away, even got a new stroller after a bit of a chat, the guys here are great and really know alot. would recommend for anyone and if it's not the closest drive for you it's very much worth the trip.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service, was served by Tobee. They were kind, fun and very helpful. They are an ultimate hype person, I bought a dress that I’ve had my eye on for a while and they made me feel so comfortable. They listened and engaged in service perfectly. I’ve been to many inclusive sizing shops before but this experience was the best I’ve had. Will absolutely shop there again all because of Tobee.”
