"As much as I hate shopping here, they’re the only store that had a certain pair of jeans that I was after. After browsing I was approached by a young staff member who was trying to “help” after I had said I knew exactly what I was after and didn’t need any assistance. They continued to push sales onto me and suggesting other styles of jeans for me. This bothered me so I walked away from the employee. I later came back to look again and was bothered by another older employee who I explained to that I didn’t need any help as I had the pair of jeans I wanted and was continuing to browse. They continued ”trying to help” and showing me different jeans that I had no interest in. At this point I was unhappy with their service and had began to be blunt towards them. They did not react well to this and became quiet aggressive and rude. They then followed me to the change rooms to “check on the sizing for me” I found this extremely inappropriate and unnecessary as I had stated clearly I didn’t want help and I knew what I was after numerous times to multiple employees. There’s a fine line between assisting customers and being dam right annoying and rude. Just a reminder to shop online to avoid the employees that work here."

"Honestly wouldn’t shop at this specific store, staff member pretty much tried to force me to buy something even when I wasn’t interested because they didn’t have what I liked, and proceeded to get angry and have a face when I was leaving the store. It has left me feeling pretty uncomfortable and that I am only allowed in if i’m willing to purchase something"

"Had THE BEST experience here last Thursday 11/05/23. The customer service was 10/10 and could not fault one thing. I even went home and raved to my partner about how good the whole experience was and knew I had to leave a review. The staff were so helpful, went in looking for a specific new arrival top from Alice in the Eve and ended up walking out with two items I didn’t even know I needed.. that’s how well they did their job. Tristan was an absolute star and although I didn’t catch the name of the lady who was also helping me in the change rooms, she needs some recognition too! A big thank you to both of them!!"

"i went in to try on an outfit in the change rooms & when i came to the register one staff member (blonde long hair, very tan, tattoos, presumably manager?) fat shamed me by telling her other co worker that “because the XS was big on me that there isn’t any point trying it on.” she made me feel so fat. i went back in the following week to return the outfit as i didn’t wear it to the event i had planned & she started sniffing the top right in my face & pointing out “makeup” stains that were inside the top from trying it on. i would’ve been happy to not have the top refunded but she went about it in such a disgustingly rude way. she said “who’s is even going to want to wear this top now? i’m gonna have to throw it out. this is gross” she was so beyond rude & made me feel terrible for the second time in a row."

"We attended the store late this afternoon 21/09 and were assisted by a young women with blonde hair (sorry can't recall her name), and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though we didn't end up purchasing anything in store due to not having the right colour, she provided us with the option to order the colour in, or alternatively purchase on the gp website. I've never shopped here before but from our experience I'd be more than happy to return."
