"Guy staff, we approached to buy some shoes don’t know how to communicate. I was talking with him about the shoes size and colour availability, clearly seems uninterested from body language like giving looks and was continuously looking with judge eye. While we were asking about shoe, where he was continuously on and off on his conversations and went back to talking with lady coworker. So, we have to figure out by ourselves by walking out from stores. So many staff in back rooms and few of them on floor which is not very helpful during busy schedule. Poor customer service which made us feel unwelcome and pice tag on clothes was different and paying price was different. To fix the price problem they took 10mins went in and out in backrooms. Nobody knows what’s was happening with price. Completely unacceptable, dissatisfied and disappointing behaviour of staff."

"Awful customer service! Was trying on clothes in the change room and the girl wearing glasses started complaining to another worker about how long I was taking and I could clearly hear the conversation from my change room. Another girl at the front counter serving me had such rude attitude, didn’t even smile, say hi or say goodbye, just scanned and handed me my purchase. Over all was a very negative experience which was such a shame."

"Lovely customer service. Store was very busy due to the great sales and they still managed to help me out and find a nice pair of shoes that fit well. They didn’t have my size in store so they got it delivered for me. Thanks!"

"Paid in store for an online order because the shoes I wanted were out of stock and they’ve sent the wrong size shoes. Trying to call the Marion store where I purchased them from and they never answer the phone just let it ring out and hangs up."

"Bloke selling the shoes had no idea what he was talking about with sizes. Trying to tell me that a half size doesn't make a difference to length. Try training your staff in the most simplest of shoe knowledge before sending them out on the floor. Spent $150 on a pair of shoes only for them to loose my reciept by tipping the bag upside down before giving it to me which I didn't notice. Making a return incredibly difficult when I saw they were $50 cheaper at platypus across the mall. Wont be back - over priced, terrible customer service with no knowledge."
