"Firstly I ordered a pair of shoes through the Marion store - the process was super simple and the staff member was absolutely lovely, they found the shoe I wanted online and ordered it for delivery for me. I paid in full for this order. Then a few weeks went by and I used the online help system and found out my order had been cancelled and they had no stock - they had not contacted me. I was told to go in store for a refund. I went in store and the staff once again were super lovely and apologetic that there had been no contact with the cancelled order. They processed a refund and it was super simple. So my main point is the staff at this store are amazing...but don't do any orders of stock from the warehouse/when there is no stock online as the people that deal with those probably won't contact you and will hold onto your money until you question it..."
