They have the sporting knowledge and experience to assist you coupled with cheerful friendly service,because they're usually not as busy as other stores! "Had an awesome experience on Thursday during the day and again in the night! We hunted high and low for basketball shoes for my daughter and finally came to sportspower! (We wish we came here first) Brandon was absolutely lovely! He was the friendliest person we had all day! Taylor and Lainey had so much patience and were really helpful giving us honest opinions on the options we had! Ella was the smiley face we saw at the checkouts on the way out and she went above and beyond to make sure we got discount with RAA or using my points! The whole team made my family and I so comfortable and felt so cared for during a stressful situation!"

"Really rude customer service. Took a pair of kids trainers to counter for sin for Christmas which were marked $49.99 lady was rude and wouldn't honour price even though was store mistake. Won't shop here ever again"

"Terrible Customer Service - I bought a cricket bag online from this store in May and when I arrived to pick up the bag, the only one they had was a display bag which looked second hand. The girl at the counter said she would discount the bag by 10% and would apply to my membership account. I came back yesterday to buy a pair of cricket pants and when I asked about the credit, the person serving me said there was nothing on my account. To make things worse, When I got home, I tried on the pants and they didn’t fit. I tried to return the pants the following day and was told that they didn’t accept any refunds. Buyer beware!!"
