"On March 10, I was at the Betts store located in Rundle Mall to buy shoes, I chose the AIRTFLEX DORI LEATHER TASSEL LOAFERS model for which I paid AU$ 169.99 . I wore the shoe only once and unfortunately the model I chose did not live up to my expectations. I returned to the store the following week and to my surprise and disappointment with this brand, they did not exchange the model for another one and did not even refund my money. I explained that I used it and that I felt discomfort in the front part. The reason they claimed not to exchange or return the money was that it was used. Obviously I used it and that's the only way I discovered that the product did not meet my expectations. Anyway, I advise everyone to rethink before spending their money in this store where the after-sales service is horrible with no respect for the consumer. This brand has no warranty."
"Love going there especially at Sale time! Some real bargains to be got! Picked up several pairs of all leather Airflex boots(normally $179) for only $25 a pair! What a steal! Have a good range of men's and women's footwear and accessories ! Only complaint,staff need better product knowledge and sales closing techniques, too many walkouts! If you let them out the door you're working for the competition!Customers pay your wages and keep you in a job!Also, don't judge a book by it's cover,a fatal salesperson's mistake!"
"I went to betts Marion on Monday with my daughter. It was 5.10 and I know they close at 5.30. We were looking for formal shoes but knew exactly what we wanted as my daughter had already looked online. We walked in just at the person working had plugged in the vacuum. She looked at me, made eye contact did not even smile or say hi etc and then turned the vacuum on and started cleaning the store. I’ve worked in retail/customer service all my life and was disgusted. Not even a hello. I understand there are jobs to do but if you don’t plan to serve any customers during g opening hours then shut early then clean. I went a few doors down to Novo shoes where the customer service was amazing and the lady there was still helping others at 5.25. No service at all, won’t be goi g back."
