I was holding two items for fitting room while looking around to see other items, a staff girl saw me and offered to put them in the fitting room for me. They were very sweet and always happy to provide help anytime. I bought a blazer dress. A very pleasant shopping experience and this enlightened me for a day. Thank you Kookai team."

"My partner came to this store today and came and told me what happened to her and I just have to express the disgust. She went into your store to look for a dress for our engagement party. She noticed the staff all were polite and welcoming to every other customer, she didn’t get greeted or asked if she needed assistance even though staff were walking near her and past her and still not one person said hello. I’ve seen this happen to her throughout our relationship and it makes me sick. The store wasn’t busy enough, there were enough staff to greet everyone yet not her. Watch your cameras and see it for yourself. Is it because she doesn’t look like your usual clientele? Because she was the only POC in store? Very very disappointing."
