"To put it nicely worst customer service ever. I called asking for someone who works there. The "lovely" and very patient lady at the reception didn't know who I was referring to, didn't bother to help me out and simply told me : "I am going to end this conversation now, good bye" and hang up on me, just like that. This is unacceptable. If you don't know, find out and help finding a solution. Don't just terminate a conversation like she did. I was still speaking but she just completely cut me off and put the phone down. A total disappointment especially from people supposed to help others...."
