Our martial arts style is rooted in the original, non-competitive form of Taekwondo, prioritizing practical self-defence skills and the holistic growth of our members. With training sessions held twice a week, our members also have the opportunity to attend classes at other First Tae Kwon Do venues throughout the week at no additional cost.

Master Instructor Vernon Low, the founder of First Tae Kwon Do Australia, has been teaching the art of Taekwondo since the late 1960s. Starting in Adelaide, South Australia, he later expanded his school to Western Australia, establishing a legacy of excellence and expertise.
We welcome individuals of all ages to join our classes, accepting children as young as 6 and adults up to 60.
