"Diana was my surgeon last year and it has been a bad experience with her and her staff. I feel deceived and let down by her, she is not easy to communicate with, has little compassion with a big ego and do not listen or hear the patient. I had to contact the office 3 times to try to get the right information on the appointment given to me a year in advance and still no one contact me back with an answer. Appointment had to be cancelled because of poorly trained and rude staff."
