"I found Dr Yoong very unprofessional. She was rude, condescending, made me feel stupid and was unapproachable. I was 23 when i went to see her and made me feel very belittled. I would never recommend her."
"Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Dr. Yoong. I visited her for an appointment and she was rude and condescending. When I had any questions about treatment or methods, she treated me as if I was stupid. It was not a nice experience, especially with such a sensitive issue, I felt very embarrassed. She also sent a letter to my doctor in which she unnecessarily degraded me before presenting the results. I am writing this in the hope that other young girls do not have the same experience (I cannot be certain this was due to ageism because I am 23, but that is how it felt). Regardless of why she treated me this way, there was no excuse for this unprofessionalism."
