"Went in store a while back and didn't get approached at all or get helped by staff. I ended up asking for help, and the lady wasnt very pleasant. I purchased a jumper and she asked if I wanted to join the rewards club which I agreed. The next day I went to joondalup to purchase another jumper and the girl tried to find my name in the system, which she couldn't find, so she signed me up again, saying if I spent a few more dollars I would get a $10 credit as that is their reward program. I was very disappointed that the lady didn't inform of this the day before with my purchase. And to top things off, she gave me a gift card, instead of rewards card. So that was all fake her "signing me up". Will definitely not go back to whitfords country road..bad service."
