"Too pricey. Staff are either ignorant to customers or they pounce on you. Makes me feel uncomfortable to go on there. I feel like they just trying to make sales and will say anything to get it. I tried on some jeans that felt way too tight but they insisted I showed them. They tried to convince me they were perfect and they would give a little. But they were just too tight. I tried the next size which felt better but they still tried to convince me to get the other size. I ended up not getting any. They need to work on their friendliness and creating a warm atmosphere and focus less on making a sale."

"Today visited to exchange an item, one of the staff (a lady with black hair, it seemed to be the manager) was so stiff with mask on her face not welcoming tried to reject my request. I did not mind if they couldn’t exchange it but her manners and the way she talked to me was rough and bossy. Not going again."

"I came in to this store the other week to buy a surprise for my wife. Having absolutely no idea where to start, i was greeted promptly and warmly by the staff who asked if i needed any help. I was a little taken aback as this isn't something I'd normally been used to when shopping for my wife, but i was thoroughly impressed. The staff there went above and beyond to help me find a jacket that was the right cut and shape from my description of her, so I was able buy that afternoon and surprise my wife with a trendy, stylish and an extremely high finish jacket that she adored. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. I'll definitely be back again when I feel like doing something nice for my wife, as the staff made it one of the most pleasant shopping outings I've ever had buying clothes for her. "I wont be shopping in this store again. Firstly they refused to hold a top for me when i had forgotten my purse. Secondly when i did return i bought 2 t-shirts. I was running late at the time so couldnt try them on. The following day i did and found one of the t-shirts a very odd size and poor fit. I called the store and asked to return the t-shirt and purchase another. Because the t-shirt was on sale they wont allow this. This is poor customer service and just ripping people off. I would not recommend purchasing anything in these stores - go back To honest and reliable stores who look after their customers like Myer."
