"Went in today to purchase a pair of heels. There was only the display left over in my size. Noticed the sole peeling off the base of the shoe. Asked if I could get a discount due to the damage. The shop assistant refused. I then asked if she could call the manager and find out. She agreed but then proceeded to help another customer while we stood at the counter. She walked back to us and advised that her manager said no to the discount. When confronted as to whether she really called her manager she panicked and pretended to do it by saying "it's me again" when the manger answered. She then proceeded to explain the whole thing which made it evident that she hadn't bothered to call in the first and lied about calling. They refused any discount and stated that the item was not faulty and in perfectly good condition. The shop attendant was rude, unhelpful, and straight up lied to our faces in the hope that we went away. Will not be going back!"
"The online customer service is appalling. Waited on the phone for over half an hour and then left message to return my call - so far no response. I paid extra $10 for express post and have now been notified by Australia Post that the parcel was NOT sent EXPRESS and will take over 10 days before I receive it."
