"There were 3 staff when I went in the shop all huddled up at the counter. No eye contact, no greetings, no acknowledgment whatsoever. I was the only customer during this time. I don’t need be followed around and have nothing against staff having a chat with each other, but what made the experience unpleasant was I felt as if I was intruding on their personal time as they were chatting away while I looked around the shop - even when I came close to them at the counter. It was such a downer as I often order my clothes online, and thought coming in the store will be a better experience. I guess I will just stick with ordering online. On my way out I let out a “Thanks!” but I was just totally ignored."
