"One star is being generous. Went to Kingsway today. I was instore about 10 minutes all up & listened to Vanessa whining to another colleague on the phone. No greeting, no eye contact. Turned her back as I was browsing. Went to register to purchase & her phone conversation continued in the corner of the store. Eventually came to till & said loudly I have a customer I have to go. Still no hello just proceded to put through my purchase. Very rude person who absolutely needs either a new job or training in customer service. Sadly this is becoming all too acceptable for companies allowing this sub zero standard. Not surprising stores like yours are closing."

"Pretty unhappy that my Mother went to use her gift card for $50 today and the woman serving ignored it, it wasn't until after she put everything through and Mum had paid that she noticed it and made it sound like a massive deal to refund it and then put it through again. My Mum who was a bit under the weather and is not one to speak up felt quite embarrassed as there were people waiting. Next time give Mum her $50 and work out your internal systems after."

"Mum loves shopping at Millers but we've decided to stop frequenting the Whitfords shopping centre store. The manager (? short light hair with glasses) here is so miserable. She never has a smile for anyone and we're made to feel like a nuisance when we interrupt her work to pay for clothes. It's not a case of her having a bad day. We've seen her at least half a dozen times and that's her usual demeanour. With so much competition out there in retail (in stores and online) even half decent & courteous customer service is a real necessity."
