"I was referred to Dr Jenny Ho by my GP. I must admit, I was a bit anxious to meet with her after reading a few bad reviews about her services. Had my first appointment with her yesterday and for the first time EVER! I left her office feeling HEARD! Dr Jenny Ho explained everything really well. She picked up on a few things that needed more investigating and the appointment didn’t feel rushed, even though she was running slightly behind time. She is straight forward, no muck around and I can tell that she genuinely wants to get to the bottom of what’s happening on the inside. My experience with Dr Jenny Ho was great. The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and discreet. Being a small reception area, she made sure to speak quietly so others didn’t hear your business. Thank you for your service Dr Jenny and team! Highly recommend Dr Jenny if anyone is looking for a Gynaecologist."

"I had a very bad birthing experience with Dr Ho. She not only failed to tell me that I need to get vaccinated for whopping cough, she completely mucked up my delivery. i had far better experience as a public patient in my other two pregnancies. My case was relatively straightforward. I asked for one thing throughout my pregnancy and that was epidural at birth. She induced me at 6 am , examined at 2 pm and said she cant feel my cervix, tried again and examined at 8 pm, still said she cant feel the cervix. All this time my contraction were getting more regular and painful! She went home saying she will check again in the morning. At 10 pm, the mid wife on duty examined me on my request and I was almost fully dilated! An hour before she couldn't feel my cervix!!! no epidural...my worst delivery of three....if you dont want to ruin your birthing experience..choose a different obstetrician."

"Super friendly service as soon as you walk in the door! Dr Jenny was such an amazing help to me and can't thank her enough for everything. Super supportive during my consultation and pre surgery. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a gynaecologist!"

"I don't recommend this place. Firstly, Dr Ho was 20 minutes late for the appointment. Secondly, when I tried to give my side of the story Dr Ho said she had a look at the ultrasounds my GP sent and saw nothing. I asked which ones my GP sent through cause I have a lot of scanned done in the past. She shrugged her shoulders and did not give me an answer. I found it extremely rude of her and I realised that this appointment was a waste of my time Thirdly, the receptionist screwed up the medicare rebate so I had to wait 1 month to get the money refunded to me. I was very disappointed with my experience as the consultation was $160. It was definitely not worth it. I went to a different specialist for a second opinion and she was able to provide more information compared to what Dr Ho gave me initially."

"Dr Jenny Ho delivered two of my babies (my 2nd and 3rd child 6 yrs ago now). I was very nervous with my second child because my first child had been an emergency ceasar and other doctors kept trying to push me to have another ceasar. I didn't want to as I had read that there were higher incidents of SIDS in ceasar babies and my baby's uncle died from SIDS. He was a ceasar baby. I also heard of many incidents where the planned ceasar baby seemed a bit premature. I wanted my baby to come when it was ready. I was so lucky that Dr Jenny was the releaving obsteatrician on the night I gave birth to my second child. She was so calm and gave me confidence. There was absolutely no dramas with the birth of my 2nd child while in her care. If only I had private health care for my first and had she been the obsteatrician I am almost certain I would not have needed an emergency ceasar. The obvious thing was then to book Dr Ho for my 3rd child. She respected my wishes for a natural birth and never tried to push me into having a ceasar as I had experienced with other doctors. She was so supportive and positive through all of my visits and again when delivering my 3rd child. My 3rd child was facing up the wrong way but Dr Jenny remained calm and positive and after my daughter was born she praised me on my great effort as she said it was harder to get a baby out in that position. At no time was I worried and Dr Ho did a fabulous job. I could not have done it without her. In fact the birth went so smoothly that my last baby was born with a little grin. From doing a lot of reading many private obsteatricians seem to push for ceasars and one reason seems to be convenience for the doctor. My sister in law's baby was born early as her doctor moved her ceasar date forward to avoid having the baby come while he was on holidays. She was born with a red blob under her eye which premature babies get and fluid in her lungs. DR JENNY HO HOWEVER WAS FABULOUS AND SUPPORTIVE OF WHAT THE MOTHER WANTS. SHE NEVER PUSHED FOR A CEASAR. She was very professional, calm, positive and did a wonderful job tidying me up at the end (I did need some stitches). I strongly recommend her."
