"Had to submit a referral letter 3 times before being offered an appointment. Finally got an appointment and confirmed booking by phone. Took the afternoon off work, daughter took the afternoon off school, and drove up from south of Logan, got there and were told "oh, sorry, we have no record of that appointment in the system, I can make you one for 2 weeks time?" So that's another 2 weeks we get to wait for treatment, plus half a day school and work lost. Don't know what the medical care is like yet, but pretty unimpressed by the admin."
