"It was my first time here and my first ultrasound ever. The experience was not great. As I first walked in, a couple stormed out of the building with huge dissatisfaction on their face. When staff 1 called my name, before I could say anything like greeting, staff 1 said to me: put your questionnaire and pen with the reception and only in the used box! She then giggled at me because I took a second to look for the used box. She led me to a change room gave me a super brief and quick rundown then left in a hurry. I honestly couldn’t really hear her voice in her mask. I was confused about what to do next after getting changed. As I walked out of the changing room, both staff 1 and staff 2 looked at me angry/annoyed because I looked lost. Staff 2 said to me: take your basket then sit here and wait! (No ‘please’ or ‘could’) as if I was a prisoner to her. If wasn’t because I was tried from this morning shift, I would have said something back. Then I read a post they put on everywhere: In a world where you can be anything be kind - for us to read apparently. I wonder if the staff ever read it. I understand the health profession can be stressful, but I didn’t try to cause any inconvenience and I didn’t know why I was treated in this way as a first time client. I put one star because I have to in order to post this."

"The staff were just so wonderful to me when I had to have 3.5 hours of tests in the clinic. They were friendly and warm and made me very comfortable even though the tests weren’t that nice. All staff were really friendly and accommodating to not only myself but to all the ladies at the clinic. The clinic itself was a lovely, warm environment. Dr Moon who was the Radiologist on duty that day was lovely and very thorough with my patient review. Highly recommend this service."

"I have had several appointments here and have been really impressed with the service every single time. All the staff were super welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Mackenzie, one of the receptionist was kind and accommodating when I accidentally forgot my referral one visit, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be coming back for future x-rays scans in the future. 100% recommend for women who are wanting a comfortable and stress free process since most of the staff are females!"

"Very impressed with the service I received during my appointment, it’s always a little nerve wracking having these tests done each year but everyone is so friendly, reception staff kept me informed of wait times, my sonographer Russna was so kind and friendly throughout. I appreciate it can take a little bit longer sometimes but having a doctor on site looking at your images before you go is worth the wait for peace of mind. Refreshments offered in the waiting room which I though is a nice touch."

"We have always had a great experience at this women’s centre. From booking to being welcomed at reception to having our scans done in a timely manner. Staff are wonderful and treated us with kindness and respect."
