"Untrained or poorly trained staff, did not even ask me what the doctor's referral was for, just asked the area required ultrasound and told me it was going to cost 200 bucks without a concession card."
"Do not book an afternoon appointment as it won't be completed fully and you'll have saved no time or visits to the Dr. The woman who did my mammogram was amazing, ultrasound tech was fine but did deliver me a false negative. Not sure who made an error, what wasn't looked at carefully before I left but my results were NOT clear as I was told; I wound up having to get a biopsy later. Save your money and go straight to iMed instead. Perhaps Mater service is better but I'll never go back to this location if I have the choice. Gets 2 stars because mammogram was good and the parking is free and relatively plentiful."
"The practice waiting room was fine and staff were friendly, efficient and the ultrasound staff member was also efficient and friendly and fast service Thankyou"
"The staff very efficient in getting my X-Ray done, and looked after me when they realised l had a fractured knee. Taking me to the car on a wheelchair so as not to do anymore damage. The duty of care was outstanding so thank you"
"Went to this centre to have a CT scan as indicated on referral from my GP. When I was taken into a changing area awaiting the scan I was being told I should not get it and instead an ultrasound to which I explained I have previously had two which showed nothing, hence why my GP was opting for a CT. I was taken back to the waiting area feeling embarrassed holding my bra and feeling exposed. It was here where I overheard the nurse telling reception I was not having a CT anymore when I was under the impression I was just having one first and then the CT. We were forced to explain my situation in front of the whole reception as nurses were not listening to my situation. Was the worst experience ever. It is your job to fulfil the request on the referral, not make up your own mind about issues you have no idea about. Especially when this decision was made by a so called “doctor” that I never laid eyes on, but knew better than my GP."
