"Like others have mentioned, we were served by a staff member with an extremely rude and obstructive attitude. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job and takes it out on customers. This staff member even tried to refuse providing her managers details when asked. To their credit, the assistant manager extended an apology over email but also did not follow through with their offer to discuss our experience over the phone. Can't imagine how many customers are treated like this with very little accountability or professionalism on a regular basis"
