Went to lavel 1 store today, one of the lady staff was so rude, it’s happened with me twice that’s why I’m writing this.it’s a long story, I went to dfo store and saw them my son’s shoes which I bought for school few months ago, the stuff of shoes coming off, dfo staff told me they don’t have size so they send me Chermside lavel 2 store,here she told me to go lavel 1 store as they also don’t have size. When I went to lavel 1store, male staff talking each other they were confused about replace the shoes. They tried to call upstairs but no answer(it was too busy upstairs) then that lady staff came , male staff explained her everything, she rudely told us ok we change for you this time but not next time, shoes looks to me roughly used, it’s like he rub on concrete, he sit with cross his legs and she straight went out. If it’s not be replaceable then dfo staff has to told me straight. She did rude behaviour to me when I went couple off weeks ago as well. She needs to learn how to talk with costumers. Both male staff are good and said sorry about her behaviour, I’m just asking it’s kids school shoes and he’s wearing in school (not for office use obviously) I didn’t get her point about using shoes, should I have to ask my son to remove shoes before walking, running or sitting anywhere?it’s not first time that I bought shoes from sketchers. We love sketchers shoes but Never going back to this store again."

"Good. We made a purchase. The staff were wonderfully helpful. I know Skechers to be a top brand and we got exactly what we were looking for. Would have purchased more, however, not all shoe models had our required size available. But, worth it for the pair we did get."

"I have always enjoyed the sketchers brand and they often have great sneaker choices for girls with sparkles or fun fabric. The staff at this store are not overly helpful but they aren’t rude either. They could be more customer experience focussed. That would be nice. Only criticism really is - What is with all these mesh Sketchers lately? How come it’s become okay to walk around in wet socks because you were wearing Sneakers and got caught in the rain or walked on wet grass? I understand that runners are some of their clientele but we want a better looking and waterproof casual sneaker range too please."
