"This post is about the lack of customer service I have received from Gorman online. A wrong garment was sent on Jan 14th. I emailed and said I would keep this item but still wanted what I had ordered in a different colour. I needed to know what I would have to pay. The only reply ignored my request and asked be to return the wrong garment. I have tried several times to contact them and have had no reply. MY MESSAGE TO YOU IS NOT TO ORDER ONLINE FROM GORMAN it's not worth the heartache."

"Every time I visit this store I am always greeted and served with the utmost happiness by Jenna! Today was even better than normal as she helped me exchange an Xmas gift and didn't make a big deal that I didn't have the gift receipt. I also feel like I am always given amazing honest changeroom feedback from Jenna and all of the people who work here. It's nice to hear honesty in what looks good on you."

"Awful experience was there a woman who had red hair in store today at approx 3pm. She was condescending and rude. She treated me being there as a hassle. I had intended to buy quite a few items while in store but felt very uncomfortable. As I was leaving I mentioned that I had to wait quite a while at the door to be served also, she held the door closed and began to argue. Having worked in and owned retail business for 8 years I was appalled at her attitude. As I left I saw her roll her eye and start gossiping about me to her colleagues. I hope she feels embarrassed by the poor customer service she provides, and I hope that management look into having her retrained."
