"Sizing charts are inaccurate, quality is mediocre. I requested a refund as the smallest sizes were too big for me even though I checked the sizing chart beforehand and they refused and said they “do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or slight colour variations due to edited”. Sorry but your inaccurate sizing chart shouldn’t be my problem. Now I have a store credit I can’t use as their sizing is too big. Save your money and don’t buy from this company."

"So far my experience with this company has been poor, particularly with the Manager who refuses to take calls and doesn’t address or respond to basic questions via email. I purchased 6 items in total, 4 of which so far aren’t true to size, and these size discrepancies aren’t clear on their website as there’s no sizing chart available. I reached out to exchange the items for different sizes and was met with “send them back and we’ll inspect them and if they’re in good condition and unworn we’ll give you a store credit so that you can purchase them again in another size.” The manager then followed this by stating “you have 14 days to return them and after that you won’t be able to”. What?! I literally spent hundreds and feel disgusted by her downright rude and unhelpful (not to mention illegal) attitude towards customers. Someone please tell the manager to go and read up on consumer guarantees before she gets the company into some strife. Clearly she has no idea that consumers have rights. Before I send the unworn items back I’ll be taking photo evidence to ensure they don’t try to claim that the items are stained/worn as it appears they’ve done to other reviewers here. I suggest anyone considering buying from them does the same."

"First time ordering online from them, item was unfortunately not delivered and has now been returned back to them which is evident looking at the Auspost Tracking history. After sending multiple emails I finally received a response from them admitting to receiving the undeliverable parcel and claim they cannot refund or credit the order due to the item being “worn” and having “makeup and fake tan stains” which I find extremely disappointing and a a ridiculous accusation, considering the item was not even delivered. Over a month later and Still waiting on a response / resolution."
