"today (3/12/20), my younger sister and i visited the chermside sportsgirl store to do some clothes shopping. we went into one of the change rooms together to try on a few items before purchasing. the change rooms had NO signage whatsoever regarding the one person per change room limit. we were rudely interrupted not once, but twice by the staff member named Charlotte who tried to OPEN THE CURTAIN whilst i was changing. not only did Charlotte break privacy policies, she was also extremely aggressive and unkind in the way she demanded that my sister and i leave the stall as that stall was utilised for storage purposes. again, there was no signage saying that we couldn't use the middle stalls. Charlotte then told another staff member (a trainee I assume) to never let customers use the middle stalls. no apology was given for the rude service. Charlotte, it sure must be hard to train someone else on quality customer service when you can't adequately do it yourself. in no way do my sister nor i blame the sportsgirl franchise for implementing COVID-19 restrictions. we would have been more than happy to use two separate stalls. we acknowledge and respect others' safety, however, we do not support rude employees and rude behaviour. Charlotte, this was extremely immature and out of line. you made us feel uncomfortable and upset. be better."

"I usually find the staff to be very welcoming and respectful, but recently I had visited the shop to browse. As soon as I picked up the first piece of clothing to look at, one of the staff members was watching me closely even though there were plenty of customers in the shop. I tried to ignore it and I walked around the shop for a bit, browsing some more, and the same staff member kept following me around and checking all pieces of clothing I had looked at. I do not appreciate that out of all the customers, one staff member had to tail me just because of their assumptions of me based on my exterior. It's very insulting. I hope that next time when I visit, something like this won't happen again, because I know the rest of the staff are very friendly."
