"Was there with my nieces looking for dresses for them. Went in but didn't see anything that fancied our attention so we quickly went out to go to other shops. We were rudely stopped by the lady staff waiting at the entrance then abruptly asked us to show her my nieces bag. The way she talked to us was very rude and her demanding attitude to check the bag was offensive. We would have gladly complied if she was polite but we were taken aback by how crudely she dealt with us. Never coming back and will tell all my family & friends to shop somewhere else as it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced."
"worst customer service ever. The girls there always seem like they are 'too cool' to be talking to anyone and always have a terrible attitude. I was there on friday 21st around midday and whoever was in the fitting room would just yell out "how many have you got" and then as the customer walked in would only say "name?" in a very unprofessional and unfriendly way. None of them seem like they want to be there let alone help you shop."
