She is very kind, patient, understanding, and exudes a warm presence. She helped us put through a claim and even called the other office on my behalf to get an itemised receipt to put through a claim, and walked me through the Medibank apps and submitting claims online. Prashanthi is very professional and knowledgeable in her role and the product/services Medibank offers and looks after customers really well. Medibank visits usually feel long and confusing but Prashanthi made the visit very fun and warm and welcoming. She is a great leader."

"I have submitted my three claims on 1st July 2020 and only one is processed so far. They didn't inform me what happened to other two claims total amounting AUD240, if they have accepted the same at that time. I have taken this policy when I have applied for student visa and given AUD8000. Now I am thinking it's wastage of money. Not a good deal"
