"Disappointed, had an appointment at 1:30pm, arrived here on time, and the nurse who assisted asked me to change to the gown and after I did, she told me that I had to wait for another 15 minutes or so until the patient before is done. What’s the use of an appointment when they cant work on time. I was not taken in even at 2:15pm, I’ve utimately left without having done the scan. So disappointed with their service, first time here and won’t come back. Just a waste of time. They have no respect for the people or their time. When I went to grab my referral back the nurse was just doing her own thing and asking me to go Now Would never recommend this place to anyone"

"Lovely and friendly staff from the time I walked in, they took my details. I sat down for 10 minutes I was called in and lovely lady greeted me and was very professional with the ultrasound also very caring person, after that I went outside to wait to have an X-ray and also was greeted by a lovely gentleman and he to was caring and professional, and he explained everything to me clearly. Thank you very much. I felt confident and at ease and well informed, and also I would highly recommend this place."

"My experience was good. Staff were friendly and supportive. Not much waiting time. Nurse accommodated the test which I forgot to mention while booking. Parking is bit difficult here. You will find on street parking in nearby areas and it is free. But very limited onsite parking. This is a busy place. They have tests which are not available at other areas."
