"Lack of adequate signage to explain why the doors are locked and how to get in, it was very intimidating and off-putting as a new patient. Masks are mandatory, fair enough, it's a medical facility, but when I didn't have one on me they tried to charge me for a mask. Bit ridiculous to ask me to pay $1 for a single use mask that they're pulling out of a box of 100."
