"From a doctor, unfortunately we experienced very standoffish behaviour. First time waited for appointment, were told to leave as we were 'too late' according to the doctor's time. At first we were told by reception to be seated to wait for doctor, after 20 minutes receptionist comes up and later tells us we were too late. Frankly, rude reception, 'intolerant'doctor. Experienced mostly rude behaviour overall from staff, would like to give lower rating"
"For time management I would give them zero stars. They have a booking system, yet you are NEVER seen on time. What's the point?? They should just take on the numbering system - take a card and have a seat. Whoever came in first seen first. The doctors are ok depending on who you see. The dietician is lovely. Bathroom is reasonable. Wheel chair accessible. The receptionist are good on the phone but in person a bit slow. Can't comment on the rest of their serivce."
