"Pathetic service while doing Ownership Transfer - When you transfer form one business to new business you cannot disconnect old terminal immediately & take 5 days to activate new terminal. GOING CONCERN CONCEPT is not know to the technical team. Small businesses cannot shut down just because HICAPS cannot do efficient transfer. I would suggest you should FIRST make New Terminal / owner Active and THEN CANCEL/CLOSE the previous Terminal/Owner. That is more effective and helpful"

"I cannot believe how many one star reviews for this business!! Here’s another one!! Poor customer service!!! Zero care factor!!! Zero honesty or transparency!!! Our practice did not had a functioning HICAPS system for four and a half days straight with no transactions for 10 allied health practitioners. We initiated contact with HICAPS numerous times, only to be told the same story each time. "We will send a technician by 1pm" - no one arrived; on calling again "A technician will arrive before 5pm" - no one arrived. Eventually a technician arrived, did not introduce himself, asked if we were having problems with HICAPS, told he would be back, and never returned. On the fifth day, finally the problem was remedied."

"Seems hicaps have done dodgy updates and now our terminal won't work. After multiple hours on the phone with their tech support who told me they no nothing about technology as they are just customer service, might explain as to why they advised me to "download a port". Hicaps tried blaming our hardware, tech came and came to the conclusion that the problem lies at Hicaps end as all our other networked hardware is working correctly. Hicaps sent out a "tech" to replace the terminal, still not working, he came back, still not working, I lodged a written formal complaint weeks ago with no response. How can we run a practice when we can't claim anything? Clearly customer service or any service is a challenge for hicaps to achieve as they can't even reply to complaints, hicaps installer also lodged a complaint while standing in our store, still hicaps don't seem to care. I assume I will get a generic contact customer service response."
