For your convenience, we provide bulk-billing services for OPG and Cephalometric examinations if you have a valid Medicare card. Medicare rebates are also available for Cone Beam CT examinations with a referral from a dental specialist. We accept urgent walk-ins for Cone Beam CT examinations, but please call ahead to check for any potential waiting times.

Appointments are required for Cone Beam CT imaging, and if you would like to take your scans with you on the day, please allow extra time. No appointments are necessary for OPG, Lateral Ceph, or Bone Age examinations. If you require an urgent Cone Beam CT, please contact our clinic, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our focus is on dental examinations, but we also offer lead shielding on-site to minimize radiation exposure to unnecessary body parts. If you are pregnant, we recommend consulting with your dentist or GP before undergoing any x-ray procedures.

To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please bring a signed and dated request form from a dentist, dental specialist, or health professional. We are wheelchair accessible, but please contact us for more information regarding specific requirements.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to provide quick and efficient examinations. General examinations typically take 15-20 minutes, while Cone Beam CT examinations may take 20-30 minutes, with the actual scan lasting only 10-15 seconds.
