"Could have been better. So far they are ok in terms of treating participants. Most of the staff are changing constantly. Few might seem like they not sure what they doing or still under training. When it comes to studies, there is no guarantee that they may take you in. It happened to me twice, they simply ask U "to get a GP and get a referral letter that you are fit to participate in the study again" for which you gotta spend couple more extra bucks for all other unnecessary tests. However, for Ur valuable time, U might get paid a lil amounts of money."
"Nucleus Network prioritizes patient safety the most. It was one of the best experiences. The study drugs go through lots of safety checking, so they are never life threatening or pose any serious consequence. The facility is clean and contains entertainment room, dining, separate male and female bathrooms. The food is also very healthy and they take your dietary habits seriously."
"Absolutely disgusting company, the way they conduct themselves is absolutely appalling. Since my screening I’ve been completely ignored and lied to. Avoid this place at all costs they’re an absolute disgrace!!! How Erica has a senior role there is beyond me! Constant lies and now won’t answer or return my calls. Should be ashamed of yourself!"
"In my opinion, those with work commitments should reconsider participating. I experienced similar problems to those who have left 1 star reviews. I was made an alternate participant during my stay due to an error of the nursing staff. I was offered very little compensation after taking 9 days off work to participate. Furthermore, I was told by a DOCTOR that I would be compensated at 50% of the full studies compensation. This was a blatant lie told by a medical professional whose care I was under. Don’t be tricked by the huge $$$ they post. Even if you are eligible, you can still run into numerous issues as I have, and many others. Overall my experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth."
"Supposed to be participating the study from Wednesday to Monday, took my leaves from work and waited for the trial, but had been told I was ineligible to join just on Tuesday afternoon. And that notice came upon my inquiry, otherwise they might just leave me without notice. Talked to Rebecca, the Clinical Research Coordinator, she said the cohort only filled in on the day before Tuesday. She also said it’s the risk I should take to join the trials, without any explanation why she couldn’t inform me on the same day she got the cohort. With no compensation for my meaningless leaves from work, they leave me no choice but to leave a 1 star comment here. Think again if you wanna participate."
