"Eliannah provided great customer service she was really understanding and actually genuinely cared about a bad experience I had at the DFO guess store where they refused to refund some faulty shoes i bought where the stitching was falling apart. The guy at the dfo store was very rude he refused to let me speak to the manager who I spoke with on the phone and told I would be coming in. He said there was no need as I could just exchange them but they no longer had any stock of the same shoes and I did not like any of the others. So when I explained that and asked for a refund so I could get them at another guess store where they had stock he refused. I then said okay am I able to exchange the at another store as I really like these ones and shouldn’t have to get shoes I don’t like in exchange because the ones I had got were faulty. So we called the Chermside store the next weekend to see if we could exchange them there anyway and when we told the nice girl what happened she was horrified and wanted a description of the staff remember to sort out the issue. She helped me straight away and in the end I got a exchange at chermside not the dfo where I purchased the original pair and was happier with the new shoes. Eliannah was a really nice person who genuinely cared and took the time to help. I will only ever go back to the chermside store now thanks to her great service. Well down Eliannah your boss should be proud to have such a great staff member working for them."

"I have no issue with the store and workers, however a manager brings down this entire store. I believe her name was Marina or something very similar. She ruined the experience and I left Westfield entirely after only having been there for 15 minutes. I have never encountered a pushier woman, I understand doing your job but this was too far and she was forcing sales because of how uncomfortable she made people. Of all people to be in charge, the fact that she was picked is shocking as the way she interacts with staff is also horrible."

"I am someone that shops at Guess chermside every week, came in Thursday and today and saw that there was a new manager. Think her name is Marina. I am absolutely mortified that they would let someone like her run the store, she was so pushy, felt like she was forcing some of the customers, me included, into buying things! She was so controlling not only to customers but I could see with staff. She was stealing sales without doing any of the work to get a sale! I used to love to shop here and I have built a good relationship with Amber, Emily and Elliannah as a regular, these are the kind of ladies that bring us regulars back!! I’m going to miss shopping here but after my last 2 experiences I will not be returning."

Have a bank receipt from guees to show purchase not enough for manager, preatty disappointed with customer service at the shop. Not buying there ever again"
