"Great store for my eldest, who had size 16 feet at 15 years, and at 17 stands at 6”4. Always shop here for him for weddings, formal, casual clothes and they even stock “nice looking” giant shoes!! But I don’t think I’d have kept going back over the last 5/6 years if not for the staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Every staff member has been beyond helpful, really personable and made shopping trips with a cranky teen, … fun…?? Enjoyable. For the most part. Good, happy staff, are invaluable to retail stores, and I hope the Chermside staff are recognised by employers, for their excellent customer service. They are earning their keep for sure!"

"Had the best customer service I’ve EVER received by Grace and Donte today! they both went absolutely out of their way to help style and dress my partner - we had been to so many stores and just got so overwhelmed with what style we were going for. They even went as far as taking us across to tarocash for the pieces we wanted that they didn’t have. They were so patient and lovely the whole time and made us feel so welcomed and not rushed. We wanted one pair of pants and one pair of shoes, left with two shoes, pants and two shirts! Amazing customer service is so hard to come by- will definitely be coming back for anything I need!"
