"my partner and i came into connor today to look for pants for an event, however when we went to check out there was a lady with red/purple hair, she didnt seem very happy, once we put our two items on the counter and told her we will only be getting 1 item she gave us a look and continued the sale with no communication other then if we were with connor, we replied no and she continued to check us out. on the other hand we were greeted by a friendly staff member. he was asking how we were, asking us if were okay with everything and giving great customer experience, definitely need more people like this guy!!"

"Go into your store today to purchase two dress shirts two pair of chinos & two pair dress trousers. Let’s say almost $350.00. I advised the lady what I was after she said no not in your size you have NEVER purchased from us . I replied yes I do this is where I purchase all my trousers when I need to purchase them. She asked for my phone number she then says oh yes you have been here. I ask for a tape measure si she could measure my waste. Just passed the tape measure over the counter and says here you go. Nothing like ok I will check your waste measurement. My wife and I just shook our heads at the pathetic customer service. So I’m in trying on trousers and again she says to my wife he must have purchased from tatocash not us!!! Wrong once again. How can I purchase trousers from Tatocash when I have the Connor label inside with the size. So moral of the story is get a staff member that can be actually provide a service to the customers and not mage out as if the customer had purchased from next door. I know where I purchase my clothes. Well no longer will I be supporting your range if stores including tarocash or big men’s store. Pathetic customer service costing your brand money."

"Went to buy a last minute suit for my son's semi this week. I really had no idea about sizes etc. We were served by Beau. Just when I thought great customer service didn't exist anymore, this young man blew me away with how amazing the service was! We ended up buying everything down to shoes, socks and the belt! What a great experience! Thanks Beau!"

"Friendly and attentive staff. They were able to help me find what I needed in nearly no time at all and the prices I paid were very reasonable. Had to get new shoes and a tie for a formal event. Trying on shoes was very fast and I was quickly directed to exactly where everything else I needed was. The store was quite messy when I visited though although I'm sure it's not like that all the time."
