"Not a great experience for seeing the doctor for my baby. We took the baby to doctor because he is feeding poorly and weigh under 3 percentile and we are so stressed out. Doctor seemed not interested in listening to our concerns.Doctor just only weigh him on every appointment and forcing us to accept the math(milk quantity and weight). Not recommended!"
"Never suggest this clinic to any friends. The experience with this clinic is terrible. Appointment is very slow, it has been about 1.5 months we did not get any reply. And when we called them, the front desk staff just complained to us that triage manager does not work these days and we should wait for her... After we saw the specialist the admin staff forgot to fax our letter to monash hospital, and twice!! we have to email the copy to monash health by ourselves, it has another 1 month delayed! The admin staff promised they would send fax but not understand why they did not do that for us. We asked the copy and have to do by ourselves. Never Suggest to Any Friends!!!"
