"Waited over an hour for a blood test. In that time, only two other people were seen. Lots of waiting around and not many people being seen. Not informed about the wait times at any stage."
"Attended this facility a few months ago and found the service delivery excellent. I utilised the Podiatry Department and the treating Professionals were extremely knowledgable and very professional. All Staff, from the "Greeters" at the door, and the Counter Staff were all polite and very helpful. This Centre is a definate asset to the Community of Greater Dandenong."

"I think Google should have the option to hit negative reviews like minus 10. They need to realise time is valuable not only for them but also for us. Wating of three hours to see the dentist is ridicules. Staffs are OK."
"Most staff are lovely but every so often you come across someone having a bad day who needs to have a go at others in order to make themselves feel better. These types tend to pick someone who can't say anything back without losing their job which makes it bullying. Sadly the people who do this are usually in charge."
