"I waited 4months to see this doctor. My first visit, the receptionist was very rude and made me feel very uneasy. There were no more seats left in the reception for people to sit down. They had 5 seats in the reception area with 8 people in the room with a man complaining to staff that there isnt enough seating. When i seen the doctor she assumed the issue before listening to me where the issue was and prescribed me medicine that didn't work after paying $260 for 15min consultation and the nurse and doctor were talking between themselves about who they working with at this clinic....I had to ask her to talk to me about the medication before I left. She didn't tell me I could leave instead continued to talk with the nurse about staff issues. 48 hours later I called the clinic back to ask to speak to the doctor about the medication i was given but they didn't get back to me for a week. The issue still isn't resolved. 2 weeks later, I received a bill from melbourne pathology for $124 on top of my $260 consultation and called up again with a lady named Mel who is the owners daughter. She didn't want to give me her name at first asking me what I wanted her to do about it. She was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. She told me it's all on the wall and it's not her problem. I was so shocked at the way she snapped at me for asking why I got billed. I never got any results back and the pathology centre said to me that i should have been bulk billed. I will never go back there again and I dont recommend anyone to go there as it was a horrible experience."

"I had my first dermatologist experience with Dr. Peter Fergin regarding my acne "AFTER 4 MONTHS WAITING". My whole experience was unprofessional, rude. When I entered the room the Dr didn't even say hello. My whole consultation took less than 10 minutes and the Dr wasn't even questioning me properly. I had to tell him that I used these products in the past and should I stop using them or not. He wasn't even explaining yes or no just nodded. At the end he didn't even prescribed me anything. They just took $250 for nothing. I definitely don't recommend this doctor. Never book an appointment with him as he knows nothing. He just wrote the over 30 years of experience for fooling people. In my point of view he don't have experience at all because he is not compassion and understanding. I was hurried out without any prescription. Please check the reviews before booking. As a first dermatologist patient I didn't know after this experience I came and checked the reviews and I saw many people are unhappy. I regret after that."

"I first saw Rebecca at the Camberwell rooms. It took her 30 seconds to diagnose my hair loss and 3 years later my hair is back to normal. I am a Registered Nurse so mark my words. People that say there is no compassion etc.... it is not a social visit. She is very efficient. Do not mistake this for not caring. What you are using to wash yr hair affects yr scalp so it's all part of the appointment. My hair is fixed, she removed a skin cancer, performed surgery on my 86yo mum and is about to remove a skin cancer from her this month. She is efficient and very accurate with a zero infection rate from where l'm standing. As a Dr she is one of the best. As far as reception? Again, you aren't there to see the receptionist and hopefully management have sorted any delusions of grandeur. Annoying, yes, but l'm willing to overlook that to get excellent care."
