In addition to our in-person services, we also offer online therapy and telehealth services. These services provide an effective and safe way to access counseling from the comforts of your own home. Our psychologists are highly experienced in providing online therapy, and research confirms that online telehealth sessions are just as practical as face-to-face sessions. Even children as young as three years old can engage in this process with your assistance.

We are proud to be the exclusive provider for the You in Mind program, which offers free and confidential psychological therapies for individuals aged 13 who have or are at risk of a diagnosed mental illness. The STAR4-Kids program, funded by the South Western Sydney PHN, provides free and confidential psychological therapies for children aged 3-12 years, including their parents/carers.

As a registered NDIS provider of Therapeutic Supports, we offer mental health services for individuals living with a permanent disability. These services can be accessed both face-to-face and online, and they can greatly improve the quality of life for participants.

Group therapy is another service we offer, where individuals meet with specialist psychologists to discuss and explore a specific issue, such as anxiety. This collaborative approach allows the group to work through problems together and gain personal insight. We offer face-to-face and online group therapy options for children, parents, and adults, covering a wide variety of topics.

At ProActive Psychology, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality care and treatment. We accept a variety of referrals, including GP, Private, NDIS, You In Mind, Suicide Prevention, and STAR4-Kids.

Our psychologists are experienced in assessing individuals with special learning needs, brain injuries, or declining memory. We offer various forms of assessments and report writing for IQ/cognitive and behavioral testing, helping individuals and those around them better understand their needs.

As a registered provider of NDIS 'Therapeutic Supports' services, we cater to children aged 7 years through to adults. We offer services that are self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need.
