"I recently moved to the area and chose this practice based on the glowing Google reviews. However, I think most of the good reviews were for Dr. Davidson who is no longer taking new patients (for multiple times I could not book an appointment with her despite availability showing in her schedule in the online system). The doctor I ended up seeing did not take much interest in my health. I went in for an annual follow up of two existing conditions. Despite being a new patient, I was not asked any questions on the history of my conditions and whether I noticed any changes in symptoms. The doctor just did the tests I asked for. She left the practice a week after my appointment and I was never told of my test results. A month later, I called the reception and asked if a doctor could discuss my results over the phone. The receptionist said she would check but never called back. Awhile gone by and I could finally make time to come in and tried to book an appointment to discuss test results but there was no availability for a month. When I switched to book a short GP appointment, only a GP registar is available. I will go back to my previous GP practice even though it is much further away."

"Never had such an uncomfortable consult with a doctor. I came in saw Dr Chan for a prescription for my puffer and told him I also had heart burns. He had the aduacity to say “ how much did you drink last night” he assumed I drink when I don’t even drink alcohol. He has so sympathy for a patient and doesn’t even give eye contact. I asked what he would recommend for Heart burn and he responded “ what ever over the counter” and shrugged his shoulder. Felt like I was talking to a brick wall. I don’t under why we have people like that in that profession who are meant to be helpful."
