"I'm waiting up to an hour everytime I come here, and there is zero communication about delays or wait times. Kavitha in particular has no time management skills and she can be really arrogant, her way or the highway. This practice needs to have more respect for what the purpose of a schedule is. What a waste of time."

"I took one of my client for a check up last week. I tried explaining to the doctor but she had no time listening to what I had to say. She interrupted me and said," R you a doctor! Don't tell me what to do !I know I am a doctor !" Very cheap and rude. I will never ever take any of my clients there. Everyone is trying to earn money but I could she the rush in her to get another patient quickly. I don't know how she got her registration to practice as a DR., clear. So sad to see Dr. Like her, clearly she has no empathy for her patients. Just money money money. I wish I could give 0 star on her behalf! And its not just me who had bad experience with her, all of our care staff and clients."

"Due to other reviews I was dubious about the experience that I would have there but I'm happy to say that overall my experience was positive. There was a slight hiccup when I arrived as the person at the desk couldn't find my appointment however a new receptionist came in whilst I was there and was really friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she helped to make the sign in process nice and easy. Dr Kavitha Sivaranjan was kind and understanding and provided everything that I needed with ease."

"The experiences at medical centres can be subjective. They rely on various factors including the number of patients and the reception staff on a given day, the treatment by nurses and empathy from the doctors. I recall visiting the practice for my first Astra dose in July. People were not keen on taking Astra back then. Therefore, we were either lucky to find a rather quiet practice or they had properly organised their patient appointments to avoid unnecessary crowd. The doctor on site appeared highly experienced (South Asian background). She explained possible symptoms that I may experience. However, her communication style was such that I did not feel anxious or concerned. She also advised me of the tell signs of when I should visit the hospital instead of walking it off. We had a good conversation in the treatment room. The 15 minute waiting period did kick in slight anxiety however the very calm front desk staff and the nurse kind of calmed me down. I was in good hands. Not to mention, the hospital is literally next door."
